Legacy vault structure
The older vault is being mapped into ZaiOS instead of blindly copied folder-for-folder.

Migration status
Converted Markdown: 36 legacy Markdown records are now preserved in the private GitHub repository under legacy_import/.
Published/curated pages: Zai-facing summaries and dashboards live under content/.
Indexed, not copied: PDFs, images, email ZIP archives, statements and other binaries remain in restricted Google Drive until intentionally linked or promoted.
Why two layers? The legacy imports preserve everything. The Zai-facing pages present only the useful current view, so old notes and conflicting facts do not automatically become current truth.
Until Cloudflare Access is confirmed, private legacy imports are intentionally excluded from the website build.
